Aeries Online Registration Guide

 If you or anyone you know would like to enroll a new student to Tracy Unified School District (TUSD), we are pleased to announce that Aeries AIR – the New Student Online Enrollment System for Aeries is now open for ALL TUSD schools sites. 

 Aeries Online Enrollment allows you to quickly start the process of registering a NEW STUDENT for school. Information about the student such as emergency contacts, medical and language information will be collected. Upon completion, the student's information is electronically sent to the school.  Parents/Guardians will then provide the school all the necessary documentation indicated below.

Aeries Online Enrollment is only for new students who have never enrolled in any TUSD school or students who have left the district and would like to re-enroll .  This is NOT for students who are currently enrolled. 

If your address is located in the new housing developments at Tracy or is not listed but within the TUSD school boundaries, please use the school address so you can use the Aeries Online Enrollment process.  The list of school addresses can be found at our district website.  You may also check our school boundaries by clicking the "interactive map".  Enter your street address to determine what school your child should go to.

Please visit the school websites and navigate to the Parent tab to get started or pick up a flyer at the school for directions on how to use the online enrollment.
